How
The fish is vacuum packed and frozen, then packed into an insulated box with ice packs and shipped.
When you receive your order place the fish packs into the freezer and defrost in the fridge 24 hours prior to cooking.
The fish is packed in increments of 1, 2 or 3lbs, you can include your preference in the notes.

Policies
Kosher Catch will not issue refunds for ground shipped orders that have been delayed.
