Flounder en Papillote

Our customer Chaya seasoned this flounder with salt and pepper then added garlic, tomatoes, dill, and lime. She folded the parchment paper over and sealed it to keep the steam in and baked at 400 for 15 min. Fast, easy, beautiful, delicious, and fresh!
